21st Century Open University proudly participated in the Global School Alliance Virtual Education Conference held on Thursday, 30th April 2026. The university’s delegation joined educators, school leaders, and education innovators from across the globe to exchange ideas on the most pressing topics in education today.

The Virtual Education Conference is a monthly development opportunity hosted by the Global School Alliance, designed to connect teachers and institutions worldwide. This session focused on creative fundraising ideas for school communities and broader strategies for strengthening international collaboration in education.

Our representative attended alongside several hours of recorded sessions available through the GSA Video Library, engaging with peers on best practices in global education and digital transformation. The conference provided a valuable platform to share our university’s commitment to accessible, forward-thinking online learning and to learn from institutions leading innovation in teaching and learning.
At 21st Century Open University, we believe that international collaboration is essential to preparing learners for an increasingly connected world. Events like the Global School Alliance conference allow us to align with global best practices, expand our professional network, and bring fresh perspectives back to our students and faculty.
We extend thanks to the Global School Alliance for hosting such a meaningful forum for connection and shared learning.
