Podillia State University signs historic partnership with 21st Century Open University and its regional operating member 21st Century Open Universal College on Educational training, joint and exchange programs with reciprocal recognition , participating in the educational process, consultations, exchange faculty, joint research and conferences, scholarly training and internships among others.
