21st Century Open University was first founded in 2020 as 21st Century Megagency International - Institute and Academy (also referred to as 21st CMI Institute and Academy) in Nigeria for purposes of Vocational Education and Professional Trainings and later moved its International Office to Texas , and later incorporated in Wyoming.
21st Century Open University ( 21st Century Open Uni LLC) is registered, and licensed with File Number 2025-001777383 by the Wyoming Secretary of State, under the Wyoming Business Corporation Act, cited as title 17 of the Wyoming Statutes, with Certificate of Good Standing ID Number 089974242 duly validated. 21st COU LLC Operating Office at Wyoming maintaining all digital records as transferred .
International Registered Operating Member
21st COU LLC maintains its International Agent License (WAC)Office at Texas, and has its Subsidiary Regional Operating Member in Nigeria (Africa) as 21st Century Open Universal College (21st Century Open Universal College Ltd ) with Registered Company File Number 8705938 , Notarized Reference Number OK/RH/VOL2./2025/124, sealed by the Judiciary High Court , authorized to carry out educational programs among others.
